Here at the RunSpace we have athletes from all over the world, here are some testimonials and a map of our athletes (rough) locations!
Since working with Cat, all my run times are massively faster, and I don't get injuries every 5 minutes anymore which is honestly just the best thing. Before I started working with Cat I was collecting injuries like they were Pokémon cards. Despite running 2 marathons 3 weeks apart, my legs somehow still work!

I found the RunSpace when I saw a Tiktok video and thought Cat’s ideas and presentation of running tips looked good so I contacted her and luckily got a training space. For context at this time I was trying to get back into running and wanted to go that extra step to improve. In April 2024 I was at a level where my 5k time was around 25mins, 10k was 50mins and half marathon was 1:51. 2 years later, I am now at 19:36 for 5k, 40:50 for 10k and 1:34 for HM, with a target of sub 1:30 in May. The improvement through a well structured and thought out training and adding S & C to my weekly routine, coupled with hardly ever missing a session and giving 100 percent every time I trained, has improved my running massively! At 52 I have never been fitter or faster! Just wanted to share because I know, none of this would have happened without Cat’s input and guidance 😊

So informative!! I’ve learned so much!

Great training courses - motivational, technical, speed work, hill work - all brilliantly laid out & explained in excellent detail & a brilliant bunch of fantastic like-minded runners!

I started running in 2018, caught the bug, and ticked off a few half marathons… but honestly, I had no clue what I was doing. Every run was basically “go as fast as humanly possible and hope for the best.” Shockingly, I made very little progress 😂 Then I found Cat through a running club Facebook group. She gave me a structured plan for my next half marathon and I knocked 20 minutes off my PB. I was genuinely blown away. After that, I was hooked, not just on running, but on having proper support and accountability. I signed up for 1:1 coaching straight away (shoutout to the OG spreadsheet days 📊). Since then, I’ve watched Runspace grow into something really special. Cat hasn’t just created a coaching service she’s built a community, with athletes genuinely at the centre of it. What I love most is that her coaching is rooted in evidence-based training. No gimmicks, no chasing trends just smart, effective programming that actually works. Now I’m running distances and times I never thought possible… and somehow still hungry for more (which is probably her fault too 😅). If you want to actually improve, stay consistent, and enjoy the process, Cat at Runspace is the one.

I joined the run space after a pretty miserable experience of running my first half marathon and I swore I would never do that again. I then joined the run space coaching program and it changed everything. I had a smart training program which included strength training, brilliant coaches who I learnt literally so much about running from and most importantly an amazing running community which I never had before. In the last 7 months I have not only PB’d my 5k time but also my 10k time!! I really recommend the club coaching because it’s gives me both a running program but also feedback on runs which really helps focus on what I need to do next! I am now training for my next HM and with a lot more confidence that I will enjoy it a lot more than the last :)

I'd like to vouch for 1:1 coaching. Its all that Cat says...plus. For me this has included supporting me even when not running by a focus on strength and nutrition. When I restarted running I was so much stronger and had created good habits that still underpin my running. I've been through many training blocks that have seen me achieve aspirations that I genuinely didn't know if I could achieve. The feeling when I was in the last couple of kms of a half and just knowing I was on for a sub 2, and feeling really strong - that's just epic. Same has happened with all distances 5k to marathon. The sessions can be hard, but I trust the process, and if it wasn't hard I wouldn't get the results. Conversely if I didn't have Cat coaching me I would undoubtedly do too much on occasion and end up injured. The WA group is wonderful, its both supportive and fun - I often laugh out loud at the comments its also a lovely space to share both running anxieties, what we think are fails (which actually aren't) and tons of successes too!
