What is a RunSpace Club Training Plans?

RunSpace Club Training Plans provide clear and structured personalised programming, delivered via a virtual running club!

This works like an online running club - everyone has a version of the same weekly speed session, with 4 different options to support different goals. The rest of the training is completely personalised to you! 

This is the base tier of the RunSpace Club: best for the athlete that knows their running, and just needs a bit of structure.

RunSpace Club Training Plan includes:

  • Choose from 3-5 runs per week and 1-3 strength sessions

  • Individualised training towards any goal from 5km to marathon (YES, you can work towards multiple goals at the same time!)

  • Includes weekly speedwork, formwork, & strength sessions (select from gym, home and bodyweight options) 

  • Sessions delivered via an app which syncs straight to your sports watch, with clear pace guidance for different session types

  • 1 x monthly group call and constant group support

  • Access to coach support to ask questions and help you make informed, flexible adaptations to your programme 

  • Exclusive access to a member's website with all the running resources you could need, from nutrition guidance to pacing strategies!

What's the difference between Club Coaching and a Club Training Plan?

I've signed up! What happens now? 

You'll now be emailed next steps: a link to join the website, your athlete form, and a few sessions to keep you going while I set up your app.

I will also send you a link to my app to download - please allow 24 hours for this as I need to manually generate it. 

You'll then be able to select your start date. This can be as soon as Monday, as long as the steps in the email are complete by 12:00 Friday UK time. 

And then, we're good to go.
