The big RunSpace Weekend is here!
The itinerary so far - full details to be confirmed!
Friday pm: meet, greet and mobility session at the track.
We’ll all be a bit stiff & hungry from travelling! So a full runner's mobility session, followed by pizza.
And of course, pick up the legendary RunSpace goodybags - how many ducks can we fit this time?! (p.s. YES, Jesse WILL be there! 🐈⬛)
Saturday am: Eden Project Parkrun
Meet at the track for transport to and from the parkrun.
Saturday pm: skills, drills, speed & strength workshop
On the track: 1hr 30 session with guest coach Leanne Avery on the best ways to develop your running technique
Treats in the track cafe!
In the gym: 1hr runner’s S&C session in small groups
Saturday night: Meal & drinks - weather depending, hopefully fish’n’chips on the beach!
Sunday am: longer coastal trail run (with pit-stops to cover trail technique), lunch and a sea dip!
Sunday pm: nutrition & recovery workshop
Dispersal
Please note you are responsible for your own accommodation and food (apart from first day pizza, ample snacks & mid-track cake) for the event - I recommend trying to stay near Par/St Austell, as Par train station is 2 minutes walk from the track.
The track will be our event HQ - transport to and from different activities from here is covered!
Once you've signed up, you'll be emailed full details of location, parking etc, and also a quick form to fill out with details of your running experience - so I can tailor the workshop to everyone attending.
